Contracting for Digital Services
Initial Contact: Fill out the contact form and briefly outline your project goals and the specific services you require, such as Storyboarding, Character Design, Project Management, or Design Consultation.
Consultation: We will schedule a consultation with Rohan Shetty to discuss your project in detail. During this meeting, you'll have the opportunity to share your creative vision, timeline, budget, and any specific requirements or challenges you're facing.
Customized Proposal: Based on the consultation, Rohan Shetty will provide you with a customized proposal. This proposal will outline the scope of work, deliverables, estimated timeline, and pricing for the services requested.
Agreement and Payment: Upon agreement on the proposal, we will proceed with formalizing the arrangement. Typically, a down payment or milestone payment may be required to commence work, depending on the scope and duration of the project.
Execution of Services: Rohan Shetty and his team will begin working on your project, applying their expertise and creativity to enhance your digital initiatives. Throughout the process, you will receive updates and opportunities for feedback to ensure the project aligns with your expectations.
Final Delivery: Once the services are completed, Rohan Shetty will deliver the final assets or insights as outlined in the agreement. Any remaining payments will be due upon completion and approval of the project.
Post-Service Support: We believe in building lasting relationships with our clients. Rohan Shetty is available for post-service support, ensuring that you have ongoing assistance and guidance as needed.
